Yet for years, the only options were generic rideshare apps with no accountability, or overpriced national limo companies with outdated fleets and indifferent service.
Elite Rides was founded to fill that gap — to bring a genuinely world-class private transportation experience to the people of Hampton Roads who have always deserved it.
